At Karma Kreations, every item is handcrafted with care. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or handmade specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at karmakreations.shop@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review each situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Color Variations

Due to differences in screen settings and the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, glitter placement, and decorative elements may occur. These variations are not considered defects and make each handmade item unique.
