Handmade Items
Every item is handcrafted with care. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in glitter placement, embellishments, bead placement, colors, patterns, and decorative details may occur. These variations are a normal part of handmade products and make each creation unique.
Review Your Order Carefully
Please double-check all product selections, quantities, cup sizes, wrap choices, personalization details, shipping information, and contact information before completing checkout.
Changes may not be possible after an order has been placed or production has begun.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or product swaps after production has begun. Exceptions may be considered when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered because of an error made by Karma Kreations.
Custom Orders
Custom items are created according to the options and information submitted with the order. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, colors, designs, cup sizes, wrap selections, and other customization details before checkout.
Processing Times
Ready-to-ship products generally ship within 1–3 business days.
Custom and made-to-order products generally require 7–14 business days for production before shipping.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, high-volume sales, or other unusually busy periods.
TikTok Live Claims
Items claimed during a TikTok Live are not secured until checkout has been completed.
Unless another arrangement has been approved, customers must complete payment by the end of the live. Unpaid items may be released and made available to another customer.
Combined Shipping
Customers with an existing order that has not yet shipped may be eligible to have another purchase added to the same package.
Combined shipping is not guaranteed. Please confirm with Karma Kreations before using a no-shipping balance-payment option. Additional shipping charges may still apply based on the size, weight, or contents of the combined order.
Designer Lids and Embellishments
Bling lids, deluxe designer lids, charms, faux toppings, and other decorative embellishments should be handled with care.
Decorative pieces may be damaged by drops, rough handling, soaking, extreme heat, or impact. Damage caused after delivery by misuse or improper care is not considered a product defect.
Product Colors
Colors may appear slightly different in person because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the materials.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Karma Kreations is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect address submitted during checkout.
